Background made from several that I bought from Renderosity. Foliage brushes used from my own resources. Wings are from Render also. Just touched them up.
She is painted over and I painted the bottle. It's not perfect but here she is, a lovely fairy trapped.

She is quite lovely indeed. I feel a little bad for her though, not a lot of space in there.
